• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Payment Terms

Our services operate on a performance-based pricing model:

• Payment is due only for qualified leads that respond to outreach
• Invoices are generated monthly and payment is due within 30 days
• All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

5. Data Usage and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and data:

• Your business data remains confidential and is not shared with third parties

6. Intellectual Property

7. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Innovators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination:

• Your access to our services will be discontinued
• All outstanding invoices become immediately due
• We will return or destroy your data as requested
• Provisions regarding confidentiality and intellectual property survive termination

10. Compliance and Legal Requirements

Our services comply with applicable laws including:

• CAN-SPAM Act for email communications
• GDPR for European data protection
• CCPA for California privacy rights
• Industry-specific regulations as applicable

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Arkansas, United States.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms
